Post-Acute Signals editions and this website are compiled from public sources, including CMS, state agencies, the U.S. Census Bureau, the Bureau of Labor Statistics and FDA. We work to report that data accurately, but public data can contain errors, lags and revisions, and we can't guarantee that every figure is complete or current.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through our email platform's checkout and our payment processor, at the price shown on our pricing page when you subscribe.
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime.
Enterprise plans are quoted individually and run on annual agreements, under the terms in your quote.
Team plans are for use by the subscribing organization's own team.

Accounts

Sign-in links and team invites are for the person they were sent to. Keep them to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used yours.

Using our editions

Editions are for your own internal business use. Please don't republish or resell them. Quoting a figure with credit to Post-Acute Signals is fine.
